The hotel felt high-end, and the staff was warm and welcoming. It was a safe, relaxing, pleasant one night stay. Some highlights: Comfortable beds Ample storage for suitcases and clothing Clean bathroom Clean beds and room Comfortable, fluffy pillows Desk with comfortable chair Dresser Convenient outlet between both beds Nice towels Incredible toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap (I even purchased the body wash, it is wonderful). Outdoor pool Absolutely no scent in the room whatsoever (Definitely a plus. It just felt clean inside the entire building).
Good price, they let me check in early (7am) for $75. The desk attendants were very nice. I bought breakfast there (had to get it downstairs). It was very good. Got busy at night out front. Seems like locals stay there. I had a good experience.
The hotel was good (for an office trip). Their elevators are scary-shook a lot. Service staff and lobby staff were all very good.
It was a decent stay, but the room was too hot even with the AC at max. Another issue was that the water in the shower pools and does not drain quickly, so you'll be standing in a 2 inch puddle of water the whole time
Great location for SF airport. Good selection of places to eat and shop locally. Staff friendly. Good check-in/out experiences. Small amount of noise from corridor and adjoining room, but had a good sleep before flight.
We had a great stay at the hotel—comfortable beds, nice and spacious rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere overall. What truly made the experience exceptional was RJ. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home, even going so far as to make us a fresh cup of coffee right when we got there—a small gesture that really set the tone for the rest of our stay. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout, and even contacted us about a lost wallet we didn’t even realize was missing. That level of care and attention is rare. RJ genuinely made our trip special, and we’re so thankful!

I had a wonderful two-week stay here! The place was clean and quiet, and it was very close to many major attractions. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby to grab a quick bite. I particularly appreciate the staff’s support, which made my stay very comfortable. They were helpful during both the check-in and check-out processes. The place offers free and paid internet services, as well as a small selection of breakfast items. They also have a gym, pool, and water refilling station. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here!
